Luke ... the Duke

This post is dedicated to our littlest dude - Luke Paul.  Let's be honest, the second child just doens't get as much air time, and he should! He's so stinkin' cute! It's hard to believe he's 10 and a half months old!  Around here, he's often referred to as Luke - the Duke, Lukey-P, Duke-er, Pookey... and occasionally we actually call him Luke.  He's so much fun, I just had to share his latest and greatest.  Warning... you're about to "ooo" and "aww" over a lot of pictures, all featuring our sweet Lukey-P.

Luke is officially the dare-devil... climbing out of the stroller, scaling furniture, diving head first down slides. Oh goodness. What fun awaits us... he'll be the kid egging everyone else on - "Come on, we can jump of the roof. I'm sure the trampoline is in the right place!" (And I'm speaking from experience here, so it's safe to say he got that from me.)

And while he's cute, he's a little frusterating to feed at the moment. He's showing us how he's "so big"... but I keep telling him he won't be so big for too long if he won't start eating. It took an hour and a half to feed him breakfast this morning. Seriously.

At the moment, everything goes into his mouth. Everything.

So sweet... that's "Grr-Baby" on top of him. Yes, he actually growls when he wants, finds and tackles
 Grr-Baby.

And it's taken me about a month to publish this one post. Why? So frusterated at slow computer and odd things that the blog is doing. Therefore, these pictures are a month or two old and the big news... Luke is almost walking! He's getting braver by the moment. I'll try and add a video. So fun to watch him giggle his way toward me. He gets so excited that he falls over. Goodness. I love this guy.

  2. Oh he is just so sweet! Pretty sure he'd be doing laps around Jason if they were in the same room. :) Love you and your sweet family!
