We celebrated Reid's 27th birthday on July 11th. His fam came to town and we had a great weekend with them. Here are some pictures of Reid and James celebrating together! James was totally fascinated and confused when it came time to unwrap presents. He played with this shiny paper and had this serious little look on his face like he was trying really hard to understand what was happening...I think he gets that from Daddy!
Check out the picture of the cake below...yes, I made that; yes, it tasted good and was super moist; yes, it totally fell apart - but it's the thought that counts!

is that a from scratch german chocolate cake? the one with like 8 eggs and takes like 5 hours to make? If so (falling apart or not) I am jealous. That is delicious. Looks like you guys are having fun with your little man! Tell Brian and Melanie I say congrats!!! Loves!!!
