Six Months Old! Wow!

Can you believe it? James Alden is 6 months old today! That's crazy. Just yesterday he was a little baby snuggled in our arms... now he's a wiggly, growing little boy who's out to discover the world. We've been busy the last month - so there's a lot to catch you up on! James has figured out how to roll both ways, how to sit on his own, how to pull up to standing and he's about to take off crawling. It's amazing to watch him learn and grow... even when he gets frustrated and starts to scream when he can't figure something out! Silly guy. It's funny to see his sweet little personality come through - you should hear him laugh! He is such an awesome blessing. Enjoy!

Cute little man - playing with a spoon.

Sweet smile.

Napping in the stroller on a nice summer day.

James loves to play the piano... look at him go!

Ok, now turn the page...

I'm good at this! It's so much fun.

Silly boy.

I love Daddy!

This is James's "Daddy Smile"... a half smile like Reid often does.

James was curious about this black thing we're always holding in front of him that flashes a lot - so he thought he'd check it out.

Getting all snuggled up to go outside... because there's snow out there!

James wasn't lovin' the hat... can you tell?

Grandma and Grandpa came back out for a week of James. It was so much fun having them here. James love it too. Grandpa's glasses taste good.

Grandma got to feed James almost every morning... it's too early!

James loves the guitar. He was fascinated by Grandpa playing and he wanted to try!

We spent a couple days up in Deer Valley while Grandma and Grandpa were here. One morning we took a nice hike... James swears he was having fun.

Hmm... is anyone watching?

I think I'll taste this yummy grass.

James thought he'd try on my shoes - by sitting in one.

Grandma and James.

Here's a great James smile once again.

Guess what... James has two teeth! Crazy, isn't it!

Mimmi has been able to spend some time babysitting James... they have tons of fun. James loves it and we're pretty sure Amy enjoys it too... it's fun seeing our parents be such wonderful, loving grandparents - you're all awesome. We're excited to see you all again soon... Pa - we can't wait to see you next week!

And he sleeps...
